Q~ Is SW a Broker or an Agent appointed by the Vessel Owner, Seller and/or Co-Seller?
A~ Certain Vessels, SW is in direct liaison with the vessel Owner with an authorization letter and certain vessels, SW networks very closely with our Worldwide Principal Brokers who are in direct contact with the Vessel Owner/Seller/Agent.
Q~ Will it be possible for SW to appoint an interested party to become it’s Referring Broker?
A~ SW Networks Worldwide with likeminded individuals / companies, therefore as long as the information provided to us is 100% legitimate with it's Due Diligence conducted by the referring Brokers, SW welcomes serious channels.
Q~ Is SW willing to sign an agreement with an interested party to utilize their services in sourcing for vessel buyers, either Sea Worthy or Vessels for demolition?
A~ SW shall go with a case-by-case basis in the event that a potential interested party and/or broker referred to us and their potential buyer is keen to purchase a Vessel as per SW advertisement in our Web Site thus the we shall go with a formal agreement suited for that particular vessel and signed off only by the relevant parties. SW does not sign or accept an agreement with any company unless there has been an ongoing trade between us and we might consider it in the long run.
Q~ Are the vessels listed in SW website up for sale?
A~ SW will only post vessels that are up for sale & verified by us and our Network and/or our principal brokers - SUBJECT TO LATEST
Q~ Are the prices listed negotiable?
A~ Certain prices are fixed and certain prices are negotiable, depending on the scenario during the negotiation phase.
Q~ Can an interested party create a What’s App group between the interested parties and SW?
A~ As much as we welcome the idea of a W.A group, we advise interested parties to perform their own due diligence with the potential vessel buyers/end buyers/agents/brokers before communication with SW and once feasible enough, a NCND Agreement has to be drafted out and signed /sealed only by the KEY PARTIES (ONLY BY AUTHORIZED DECISION MAKERS)
