(A) :

BRIEF PROCESS: – DIESEL EN590 10 PPM

1. Principal buyer sends  official purchase request with full requirements to: sherworldwidetrading@gmail.com cc sw@sher-worldwide.com 

2. Sher Worldwide coordinates with Ship Owner who is the Direct Seller (SO/DS)

3. SO / DS – Offers best competitive price, once buyer accepts via reply – SO / DS provides proforma invoice

4. Once SO / DS issues proforma invoice, buyer accepts, return, issues LC at sight.

5. Once SO / DS bank confirms on the LC,(SO/DS) will commence with the shipment

6. Inspection by licensed SGS or equivalent

IMPORTANT NOTES:

* For direct principal buyers with evident proof of funds

* NCNDA - IMFPA is mandatory

* Payment - MT103 or accepted by buyer/seller

* Banks - only internationally accepted

* Initial trial goes well - Buyer and seller may opt for a long term contract

* Fraudsters & circumventers will be reported to authorities c/w legal action

Brief Procedure for Purchasing Petroleum Products from Sher Worldwide:

1. Interested buyers must provide proof of funds and demonstrate their legitimacy, capability, and seriousness in purchasing the desired petroleum products.

2. Upon receiving a genuine inquiry, Sher Worldwide will request the following documents from the buyer:

   • Full company details // 

   • Proof of funds // 

   • Signed NCNDA // IMFPA //

3. Once the required documents are received and verified, Sher Worldwide will provide the buyer with a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) detailing the product specifications, pricing, and terms of the transaction.

4. If the buyer agrees to the terms, they will be required to sign the SCO and return it to Sher Worldwide.

Buyer Qualification Requirements & Criteria

• Demonstrated  experience in oil and commodity trading

• Established capability to receive and transport the product upon delivery

• Adequate available funds or credit line to purchase the product

• Banking with a reputable financial institution

• Possession of import or trading licenses necessary for receiving or transporting the product in any required country or territory

• Maintaining good standing

• Not selling products to any parties located in, associated with, or transporting to regions under trade embargo by the United States, European Union, Hong Kong S.A.R., or the United Nations

Steps to Become a Qualified Buyer

1. The prospective buyer submits a recent "Company Profile"

2. The sales team conducts an initial assessment and reverts accordingly

3. After a positive evaluation of the application, a sales manager reaches out to the buyer directly

4. The buyer's company will be registered as a Qualified Buyer

• Applications must be submitted by authorized directors or senior officers of the buying company

• All Buyers must fulfill the specified Buyer Criteria
